LibraryH3lp chat is a live, online reference service for questions that require only short, factual answers that can be found in online resources and MCU curriculum.
MCU Library offers live chat service Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. Your questions are answered by an experienced librarian and library staff working with numerous ready-reference tools, Internet resources, and databases. All information related to these transactions, including your email address, will be kept confidential.
"LibraryH3lp Chat" is real-time (live) communication between two people via computer. Once a session has been initiated, either person can enter text on the keyboard, and the entered text will appear on the other user's monitor. During a session, you can ask a reference question via the library's website, and a librarian or library staff will respond back to you in real-time.
