The Beacon House Association of San PedroFounded in 1970 by Father Art Bartlett, a local minister and Michael Dowling, an alcoholic merchant seaman. Incorporated in 1974, The Beacon House Association of San Pedro started with a single 2 story building with 18 residents. Since that time, our facilities have grown to 6 residential facilities with 111 residents, 1 kitchen / dining facility and 1 facility for training / educational and meeting facility. In the past 40 years, The Beacon House Association of San Pedro has assisted thousands of men regain their place as responsible, productive members of society.
