We hope this guide provides you with an insight to progressive services and resources to help you clarify and attain your career goals.

Company & Industry Research

Sample key sources for company and industry information you will be exploring as you navigate the Company and Industry Research page.

Job Search

Check out a sample of the Job Search sites you will find to assist you in looking up current jobs on the market.

Cover Letter & Resume

The cover letter is a job search tool that works along side your resume. This section of the research guide will provide you with tools to build a powerful resume and get you an interview and/ or to move you forward in the search process.

Job Interview & Salary

The interview process is a kind of sale. In this case, you are the product - and the salesperson. Think about it. If you show up unprepared to talk about your unique features and benefits, you're not likely to motivate an interviewer to hire you. This section will provide you with resources to help you prepare for the interview process.

Career Books, eBooks, Videos, & e-Journals

The MCU library provides you with career information through its exclusive collections. The library maintains a physical collection dedicated to career books. This portion of the guide will highlight how to locate career related books, eBooks, videos, & e-Journals through your library.

Veteran Career Resources

Employment is an important issue for veterans. Helping veterans find and obtain employment, as well as advance their civilian careers is a high priority.
